Return Eligibility

Do I qualify for a return?

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:
•Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
•Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of grip socks that have been unsealed, tried on, or worn.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. QUALITY SEAL MUST BE UNBROKEN.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of grip socks that have been unsealed, tried on, or worn.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Simply return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Email us at: bangbangmoves@gmail.com

Return Shipping Costs

•Returns within Germany: €5 flat rate.
•Returns from other EU countries: €7 flat rate.
•If your item is defective or incorrect, Bang Bang will cover all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.

How do I start a return?

Return Process
1.Email bangbangmoves@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2.Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid label.
3.Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do pre-orders work?

All promo items including discounts or free gifting with orders are final and not valid for returns.
