Some evenings stay with you.
On the 7th of February 2026, Aspria Berlin opened its doors to Bang Bang on the vibrant stretch of Ku’damm for a Bang Bang Pilates Social built around one simple intention: connection through movement.
Outside, Berlin was winter-cold. Inside Aspria, it was warm — light-filled, refined, welcoming. Guests stepped in from the city and were greeted with a sharp ginger shot, a small ritual to awaken the senses before stepping onto the reformer. Familiar faces embraced. New ones blended in with curiosity. There was that quiet electricity that happens just before something meaningful begins.
It was a live DJ Pilates class — Bang Bang style.
From the very first breath, DJ Catu mixed in real time, shaping the energy of the room as we moved. The rhythm wasn’t background noise; it was pulse. Reformers glided to the beat, breath syncing with bass, transitions flowing seamlessly. Through every trembling hold and controlled sequence, the music carried us — through intensity, through focus — and beyond the final repetition into what came next.
I led the class alongside Serkan Vural, Head Coach at Kinaera Pilates, whose 28 years of experience grounded the flow in depth and precision. The sequences were deliberate and intelligent — challenging, but respectful of the body. There is something powerful about a room moving as one. Strangers sharing effort. Strength building collectively. You could feel it.
Bang Bang was born from the belief that movement is more than fitness — it’s culture. It’s how we gather. It’s how we connect. It’s how we build strength that lasts. Seeing that philosophy come to life in a room full of people moving together was quietly emotional.
Wellness was woven into the evening naturally. Edubily, known for its pure, science-driven supplements, supported the event with collagen — a reminder that strength is not only built in the moment, but sustained through recovery and long-term care. Train smart. Recover intelligently. Move sustainably.
Aspria Berlin didn’t just provide the space — they hosted the experience. Beautifully curated refreshments and food invited guests to linger, to stay, to connect. The setting reflected what holistic health truly means: ambition and well-being coexisting under one roof. Elevated yet warm. Expansive yet intimate.
When the final repetition ended, no one rushed for their coats.
The reformers fell still, but the music continued. Plates were shared. Drinks were poured. Conversations deepened. What began as a class evolved into a celebration — not forced, not performative — just genuine connection unfolding naturally.
It was never just about Pilates.
It was about creating a space where music, movement, science, hospitality, and community meet.
Where strength feels shared.
Where effort turns into memory.
For a few hours in the heart of Berlin, everything felt beautifully in sync.
And that is Bang Bang House.
