At Bang Bang, we create premium grip socks for Lagree, Pilates, Barre, and Yoga with precision, care, and strict quality control. Because socks are an intimate product, we follow hygiene standards and cannot accept returns or exchanges once packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on.
We want you to feel fully confident shopping with us, so here’s exactly how our policy works:
1. Returns
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted in cases of factory defects or incorrect items shipped (see section 3).
2. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, or style).
• If your order qualifies for return due to a defect, you may receive a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@bangbangmoves.com
• Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to find the best solution.
To process a claim, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original, unopened packaging
• Supported with photos of the defect or incorrect item
4. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
