It started quietly on 10/01/2026.

Outside, Berlin was already dark — that winter kind of dark that makes you pull your coat tighter. Inside, though, the studio felt like a different world. The lights were warm, glowing red against the walls, the space alive before anyone had even moved yet.

People began to arrive slowly. Some came alone, some came with friends, some brought friends who had never tried Pilates before. There was that soft, nervous excitement in the room — the kind you feel before something new, before you know you’re about to share an experience with people you don’t fully know yet.

At the door, everyone was welcomed with fresh KaleandMe juices — clean, nourishing, and exactly what the body wanted. A big thank you to KaleandMe for holding us down with drinks that felt as good as they tasted. Alongside that, guests received their pair of Bang Bang performance grip socks. Then we moved.

The first 45 minutes were all about presence. Reformer Pilates and mat Pilates; ballet-inspired, slow and controlled. Muscles started to shake. Breaths deepened. Focus sharpened. The room shifted from chatter to concentration. There’s something powerful about moving together, strangers syncing their breath, finding rhythm, trusting their bodies in the same space.

And then… the lights changed.

What started as a workout turned into something else entirely.

The studio dimmed, the mood softened, and suddenly the night opened up. DJ Catu — Lagree instructor by day, DJ by night — stepped onto the decks. The music came in warm and playful, giving summer-in-the-winter energy. Ibiza vibes in Berlin. The kind of sound that makes you smile without realizing it.

People stayed. No one rushed out.

There were drinks, fries, music filling the room, laughter echoing between conversations. Influencers stood next to first-timers. Clients introduced friends. Friends became familiar faces. People who had just sweated together were now dancing, talking, connecting.

It didn’t feel like an event.
It felt like a house party.

At some point, you look around and realize: this is one of those moments. The kind you’ll remember not because it was perfect, but because it was real. Hugs. Photos. Someone laughing a little too loudly. Someone else standing back, taking it all in.

One big family moment.

That’s what stayed with us the most.

This night wasn’t about being polished or exclusive. It was about movement bringing people together. About wellness not having to be quiet or serious. About working hard, feeling good, and still having fun, all in the same room.

Huge love to AOMA Health Club for opening their doors and trusting the vision. To Kale&Me for fueling us. To DJ Catu for setting the vibe. And to every single person who showed up, moved with us, stayed, danced, laughed, and made it what it was.

This is what Bang Bang stands for.

Not just workouts.
Not just products.
But moments where people come together — through movement — and leave feeling connected.

Pilates first.
After party later.
And honestly? We’re just getting started. 💗
